Journal of Yoga, Leadership and Management Studies (JYLMS) is an
independent, peer-reviewed online journal devoted to advancing scholarship and
professional practice at the intersection of yoga, leadership and management.
The journal aims to build a bridge between traditional yogic knowledge and contemporary
theories of leadership, human resource development, organizational behaviour, and
workplace wellbeing. JYLMS encourages contributions from academics, researchers,
practitioners, yoga professionals and management consultants.
